The land is located in the H2-08 zone. For the construction of a home, it is important to note that according to article 27 of the by-law 340-20, in the zone H2-08, because of the height of the water table, no basement can be built. All new construction shall be built with a septic system and water collection system in accordance with the requirements of the applicable provincial regulation.
